Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a part-time Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver for weekend shifts in Grand Blanc, MI. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 4:30 AM to 9:00 AM with a $1/hour shift differential. You will drive a company vehicle, transport medical items, and maintain safety and compliance throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Must have an active chauffeur's license or be willing to obtain one.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location and local mandates.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have an excellent driving history and dependable service.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload cargo and maintain a clean, neat vehicle.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction.
• Route duties vary by client and may change; perform duties across multiple routes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability to support a collaborative MedSpeed culture.
