Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Grand Blanc, MI. This part-time role runs 3:45 AM–9:00 AM, Monday to Friday, involving long-distance driving within Michigan and a requirement for COVID-19 vaccination depending on location.

You will operate company vehicles, transport lab specimens and other materials, and maintain a professional client-facing presence. Key duties include safe driving, using a handheld scanner, loading/unloading, and routine vehicle

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to follow procedures closely and adapt to changing routes.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies and related materials in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Load and unload vehicles and perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public during interactions.
• Route duties vary based on client needs and may change over time.
• Demonstrate teamwork and contribute to a collaborative MedSpeed culture.
