Job summary

Families Together of Orange County seeks a Medical Assistant (Front/Back) to support both front desk and clinical duties in Garden Grove, Tustin, and Fountain Valley. You will interview patients, record vital signs, document information, and ensure confidentiality while delivering high-quality care.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, at least one day on Saturday or Sunday, and prior MA certification. Salary is $27-$29 per hour, DOE, with part-time status.

Qualifications

• Must have Medical Assistant Certificate or Diploma.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of general EMR/EHR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and record medical history.
• Prepare patients for examinations by measuring vital signs.
• Perform on-site testing and procedures per physician’s order.
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and maintain medical records.
• Record data and test results in the electronic medical record.
• Perform Front Office duties to schedule, check-in, and process patients.
