Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Days shift. This full-time role supports a 30-bed Med/Surg unit, with a 1:6 RN-to-patient ratio and dedicated Patient Care Associates.

Eligible for a substantial sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Required are 1+ year RN inpatient experience, MO or compact RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of RN inpatient experience.
• Active RN license (MO or compact) required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and provide education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
