Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking a Weekend Manager to lead our team and deliver an engaging experience for children and families. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on teaching in a lively, high-energy setting.

You will oversee weekend operations, coach staff, and teach gymnastics-based classes for children from 10 months to 10 years, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe facility.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children (infants through elementary age).
• Ability to teach or lead gymnastics/physical activity classes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
