You will oversee operations, coach staff, and teach classes for ages 10 months to 10 years while delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe facility. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading gymnastics/physical activity is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure smooth class flow
• Lead, coach, and support staff members
• Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months to 10 years

• Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

• Previous management or leadership experience (preferred)
• Experience working with children (infants through elementary age)
• Ability to teach or lead gymnastics/physical activity classes

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
