Job summary

Klute Inc. is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support automated systems to minimize downtime and keep production moving.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.
Associate's degree or technical training in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Automation, or a related program.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLCs, automation, or industrial controls is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair machinery to support continuous production.
Work with automated equipment, motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and production systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns.
Fabricate or repair parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine tools as needed.
Maintain building systems and assist with general facility maintenance.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Help identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase safety and efficiency.
