Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support Metallizing operations. This role involves maintenance of facilities and production equipment, minor repairs, cleaning, and routine PM tasks.

You will document work in CMMS DirectLine, work on safety, 5S, and may require forklift certification. Weekend shift Fri-Mon 7am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting with basic mechanical experience.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Windows-based operations.
• Must be able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
• Willing to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of paint systems is a plus.
• Experience with pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Electrical experience from low voltage to 480V 3 phase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE to maintain safe working conditions.
• Perform minor mechanical and plumbing repairs and support Metallizing for basic maintenance.
• Support 5S and department cleanliness and waste handling.
• Execute cleaning and preventative maintenance on metallizing equipment.
• Document all work and parts usage in CMMS DirectLine.
• Communicate issues within the department and escalate when needed.
• Assist with equipment movement and routine maintenance scheduling.
