Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for weekend shifts on the 4th shift in Lakewood, NJ. The role involves operating packaging-line equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality on the line.

You will work Thurs/Fri 3:00PM-11:00PM and Sat/Sun 11:00AM-11:00PM, with a pay rate of $22.95–$24.50 per hour plus a shift differential. Company benefits include health, life, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• English reading/writing ability and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate major equipment on packaging lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor adjustments.
• Safety checks, quality checks, and housekeeping.
• Report safety hazards and production issues to supervision.
• Assist with line changeovers and training others.
