Job summary

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our team in El Paso, TX. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure, documenting changes and coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in patient care within the LVN/LPN scope of practice.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes with documentation per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR entries for patient assessment, evaluation, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure care plans are implemented.
• Supervise CNA staff and coordinate delivery of clinical care to maintain patient well-being.
