Responsibilities

• Administer medications per Federal & State regulations.
• Oversee admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Complete service plans for residents.
• Coordinate clinical tracking (wounds, infection control) with Director.
• Provide health-related guidance and consult with residents and families.
• Communicate effectively with staff and respond to emergencies.
