Job summary

The Arbors of Gulf Breeze is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to lead the wellness team on their shift. The role includes coordinating care, supervising RCAs and MTs, and administering medications according to MAR. Weekend shifts are available on a rotating basis.

Minimum of two years of nursing experience and Florida LPN/LVN licensure are required. English proficiency is essential, and prior Assisted Living or dementia care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed nurse in the state where you work (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of two years' nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Experience in Assisted Living or dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates work assignments assuring effective shift coverage; Coordinates care on his/her shift.
• Participates in and supervises the delivery of personal care to residents.
• Implements the service plans and collects data regarding the health status of residents.
• Administers medications according to physician orders and documents MAR.
