Job summary

Connecticut Pediatrics @ CHC - Hartford is seeking a part-time LPN to provide clinical and technical support for primary care providers on Saturdays and Sundays, including immunizations, EKG and CLIA‑waived tests. The role supports a patient-centered medical home and requires CT LPN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

LPN program completion and CT LPN license required.
Experience with EKG, immunizations and routine clinic tests preferred.
Strong organization, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support for primary care providers.
Perform CLIA-waived tests, EKG, immunizations and medication administration.
Prepare patients, document chief complaints and vital signs.
Coordinate tests and referrals, ensure patient flow and safety.
Maintain clean, safe exam and med rooms and logbook documentation.
