• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board or multi-state licensure privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document interactions and outcomes.
• Maintain health, comfort and safety of residents and contribute to care plans.

Education
