Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care to patients, including vitals, wound care, and medication administration
• Educate patients and families on aging or conditions and recovery expectations
• Inform family members of changes in the patient's condition and discuss meds or treatments
• Collaborate with the facility physician to develop and implement care plans and notify physician of changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate with healthcare professionals
