Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care in Morgantown, Fairmont, and Wheeling. Weekend shift, competitive pay, flexible scheduling and daily pay options help balance work and life while delivering dignified care.

You will monitor vitals, administer medications, document patient status, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active WV LPN license
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to care sites

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care and nursing scope
• Assess and document patient conditions and vitals
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Inspect wounds, manage dressings, and assist with hygiene
• Assess for complications and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers and team to ensure patient outcomes
