Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Benton, TN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a part-time, per diem role to deliver high-quality medical care to adolescents in a supportive team setting. You will assess health needs, manage medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with clinical staff to promote overall wellness.

Responsibilities include medical care, medication management, and coordinating lab draws, with a focus on safety, compassion, and timely communication within the Treatment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Active RN or LPN license in Tennessee.
• Strong clinical skills in assessments, medications, and vitals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with empathetic care.
• Experience with adolescents preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care, including emergencies and general needs.
• Sort and administer medications, with Narcotics accountability.
• Accompany students to medical appointments and coordinate labs.
• Share medical information with the Treatment Team and Psychiatry.
• Maintain active nursing licensure in Tennessee.
