Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN/LVN scope.
• Provide compassionate patient care with an emphasis on safety.
• Document patient status and progress accurately.
• Administer medications in accordance with policies and physicians’ orders.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and collaborate with the care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
