Job summary

Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Brick Township, NJ, is seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 174-bed center. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care and supporting our residents across weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in inter-shift reporting and handovers to maintain care continuity.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatments.
