News & World Report and offers clinical excellence with a touch of luxury in the area. The Weekend LPN will play a vital role on the weekend team, delivering direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure smooth admissions,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assessing vital signs, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and other healthcare team members
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers
