Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including medications and monitoring vitals on weekend shifts.
- Assist residents with ADLs and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Document care and medications in the EHR accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with RN and care team, participate in handovers and care planning.
- Advocate for residents and communicate with families as needed.
