Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Union and Essex County teams, delivering one-on-one weekend care in clients' homes.

Join BAYADA for flexible weekend schedules, 1:1 patient care, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact while earning $33–$35 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Weekends required with at least 3 shifts per month; shifts 8 hours or longer.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders.
• Travel to one client's home near you.
• Monitor and assess client conditions.
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).

Weekend Incentive Requirements

• Nurses must commit to one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
• Minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month required
• Shifts must be a minimum of 8 hours to qualify
• Eligible nurses receive an additional 2 hours of pay for completed weekend shifts
