Job summary

Fleet Landing is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Coordinator for weekends (Friday and Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) to deliver engaging programs for memory care residents and enhance overall fulfillment. You’ll assist in planning monthly calendars, coordinate events, and work with staff, volunteers and families to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in social, recreational, or dependent care environment.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s patients is a plus.
• Experience working with groups of seniors and driving seniors is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly activity calendar planning and event execution.
• Plan, prepare and implement activities for assigned unit.
• Collaborate with residents one-on-one; document interactions as required.
• Provide hostess service at noon meals when assigned.
• Encourage participation in activities and transport residents to events.
• Operate Fleet Landing vehicles for trips/outings when authorized.
