Job summary

Dept of Veterans Services at Puller Veterans Care Center seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant (Part-Time) to plan and run therapeutic recreational activities on weekends. You will support the Activities Coordinator or Activities Director with assigned duties and contribute to resident well-being.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a skilled nursing setting, and a valid Virginia driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an Activities Assistant working in a skilled nursing facility.
• Related education and/or experience a plus.
• Must have a valid Virginia Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Help plan, execute all therapeutic recreational activities on the weekends, and carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Activities Coordinator or Activities Director.
