This role supports our recovery-focused program, ensures policy adherence, and aids the Program Director in coordinating the core program. Requirements include California licensure, two years in mental health settings, DSM-5 knowledge, DMH Titles 9 familiarity, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Licensure in California as LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
• Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting; one year in program development for severe mental disabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the program.
• Provides therapeutic guidance and supervises program staff.
• Assists the Program Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
