AVALON PEAKS

Weekend Hours: Saturdays 10AM - 5PM

Responsible for leasing apartments, including prospective resident phone calls, clerical duties, and supporting office personnel.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining excellent customer service.
  2. Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
  3. Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues effectively.
  4. Understand and explain company and community policies.
  5. Accurately complete lease-related documents and maintain resident files.
  6. Enter resident data into the computer system in accordance with company policies.
  7. Support resident retention and renewal programs to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  8. Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.
  9. Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
  10. Stay informed about competitive community rent levels and amenities.
  11. Gather community and area facts for market analysis.
  12. Assist in preparing market survey reports.
  13. Greet new residents and facilitate the move-in process.
  14. Verify application data and qualify potential residents.
  15. Show available units and model apartments.
  16. Participate in community events and become certified as a Leasing Specialist.
  17. Travel may be required; limited vehicle use may be necessary.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional weekend hours.

Physical Requirements
