Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced Acute Multimodality CT Technologists to join our CT Scanning team on a Weekend schedule (Fri/Sat/Sun, 6:30am–7:00pm). You will perform prescribed imaging procedures, support a high-acuity imaging environment, and collaborate with on-site radiologists.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of radiology experience, ARRT certification with modality specialization, and BLS at minimum. A team-focused, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Requires national certification from ARRT and/or modality licensure (NMTCB, ARDMS, ARMRIT).
• BLS certification required.
• Position requires 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides or facilitates patient care and serves as a resource to staff for clinical support.
• Demonstrates leadership in support of department needs and coordinates resources for safe, efficient patient care.
• Serves as a resource to patients and staff in providing care and interpreting policies within the clinical setting.
• Participates in staff development, orientation, and evaluation of clinical competencies.
• Supports process improvement and quality management activities within the department.
• Monitors staffing to meet patient needs in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Adheres to safety policies and maintains confidentiality of all work information.
• Ensures efficient operation of department workflow and performs prescribed procedures per policy.
