Job Description

Pay: $18.75/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data alignment.

Shift Hours: Sat-Sun 10AM-6:30PM

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse Janitorial Experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with scheduling
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards
• Report maintenance work orders
• Ensure premises security at all times
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion
• Train new hires
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
