Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations and supervise a team during the night shift at our Temecula site. The role involves delegating daily tasks, ensuring adherence to policies, and guiding staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate specialized cleaning equipment and support janitorial duties as needed. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a night schedule from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with Sundays off.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay Rate: $23 - $25 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.

Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Sunday - Monday Off) Night Shift
