Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring utility workers and dishwashers to keep the kitchen running smoothly and safely. This full-time role requires weekend availability and offers an hourly wage of $17–$19, with benefits for eligible team members.

You’ll help maintain clean, organized kitchens, assist with inventory and stock, and work with PPE to ensure safe operation. Growth opportunities exist as we expand communities within our network.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
