Frantz Building Services in Robards, KY is seeking a part-time Janitorial Cleaner to maintain offices, lobbies, restrooms and other high-traffic areas on Saturdays and Sundays, with shift options at 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

This role includes trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and completing daily assignments within timeframes. We offer paid training, health and retirement benefits after tenure, and a referral bonus for bringing in qualified teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
