Job summary

• Uses the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Documents care and communicates with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensures patient safety and applies evidence-based practice in nursing.
• Provides patient education tailored to age and developmental level.
• Demonstrates accountability for delegated nursing tasks and scope of practice.
