Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in listed industrial maintenance areas.
• Willingness to be trained in additional equipment and systems.
• Reliability with excellent attendance record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must show initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Repair and preventive maintenance on conveyors.
• Repair and preventive maintenance on lift trucks, dock plates, and overhead doors.
• Repair electrical and lighting systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems (office and warehouse).
• Use CMMS to identify and locate parts.
• Interior finish work (painting, drywall).
• Repair plumbing (restroom fixtures).
• Maintain large air compressors and distribution pipes.
• General building and grounds maintenance.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
