Job summary

Professional Case Management seeks a Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse to deliver in-home healthcare to veterans and other clients in South Carolina. This weekend role offers extended shifts and a rewarding, one-on-one care environment.

You will assess, plan, and provide high-quality nursing services while maintaining patient safety and dignity. PCM values a mission-driven team and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR Certification and TB Test required; one year acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services to patients in the home setting.
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to clients at home.
• Support veterans-focused, mission-driven care within PCM.
