Qualifikationen

• Reliable transportation to care sites.

• Provide in-home direct patient care per plan of care and nursing scope.
• Monitor vitals and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids, and document thoroughly.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.

• Assess for further injuries and deliver appropriate treatments.
