Job summary

Springhillmedicalcenter in Mobile, AL is seeking an RN for our Critical Care Float Pool WOW Program (Work on Weekends). The position is full-time, on-site, with an hourly rate of $50 and a $4 night shift differential.

Candidates must hold a current RN license and ACLS certification, have at least two years of telemetry experience, and demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and prioritization skills. You will work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as part of the unit team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (active) and ACLS certification.
• Minimum two years telemetry experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient, family, and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside critical care in the Float Pool WOW program.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; ensure high-quality care.
