Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time HP PC Sales Representative for the Best Buy Naples, FL location. You will demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories, engage customers with hands-on demonstrations, and help maintain in-store readiness.

The role includes training store staff on HP products, meeting monthly sales goals, and reporting activities. Paid training, next-day pay through DailyPay, and a weekly bonus program add to the compensation, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Train store associates on HP products, accessories, and services.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
