At Early Girl Eatery, we work hard and play hard! During the pandemic, we maintained everyone's preferred part-time or full-time schedule, conducted scheduled performance reviews, and provided raises three times. We follow a predictable schedule, with shifts posted at least two weeks in advance.

Early Girl celebrated 20 years in October 2021 and is a nationally recognized restaurant, featured in many magazines and TV shows. Position Summary

As a host, you will greet guests enthusiastically as they enter and promptly seat them or add them to the waitlist with an accurate time estimate. You will manage the waitlist efficiently to seat guests as quickly as possible. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work station is essential. Hosts will also assist with bussing tables, running food and drinks, and handling all takeout orders (phone, online, and in-person). Additional duties include opening, closing, sidework, and any other tasks assigned by management.
