Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification such as BICS (or working towards).
• Experience of working in domestic services environment.
• Supervisory and leadership abilities with good communication.
• IT skills are essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning methods and frequencies in a designated hospital area.
• Supervise domestic staff to ensure duties are carried out safely and to standard.
• Train domestics to use machinery and correct cleaning methods.
• Ensure timely completion of PLB/appraisals for domestic staff.
• Ensure all mandatory training is completed on time.
