Job summary

Puget Sound Hospice of King County is seeking a Weekend Hospice Social Worker to deliver compassionate psychosocial support in patients' homes on Saturdays and Sundays. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.

Applicants should hold an MSW with a current WA license, and hospice experience is preferred. This part-time role offers flexibility, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for full-time work in the future.

Qualifications

  • MSW from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington State Social Work License (LICSW, LASW, LSWAIC, LSWAA) preferred.
  • Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
