Job summary
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Weekend Hospice RN to provide compassionate care for terminally ill patients in Wichita, KS. This role focuses on coordination and assessment of patient needs over 12-hour weekend shifts.

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are necessary.
Responsibilities

- Prepare clinical notes and required documentation promptly.
- Consult with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Develop rapport with patients and families in a team setting.
