Job summary

Medical Services of America is seeking an experienced Part-Time Weekend Registered Nurse for home health patients in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves providing specialized nursing services and regular evaluations of client nursing needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school or university required.
• Must be currently licensed as an RN in the state of PA.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience required.
• Home Health experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly reevaluates the nursing needs of the client.
• Initiates diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Observes, records and reports the client’s reaction to treatment.
• Teaches and supervises the client and family regarding home nursing procedures.
