Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Lebanon, MO is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home visits on a weekend per-diem schedule. You’ll deliver skilled nursing care, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the patient’s home.

Active and current RN license is required; one year of clinical experience is preferred, with prior home health care experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous home health care experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to provide skilled nursing care.
• Develop and monitor care plans; perform assessments and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning.
