Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a Weekend Admission RN for part-time weekend home health visits in the Oklahoma City metro area. You will complete admissions, perform OASIS assessments, and coordinate with the office for follow-up care.

You choose how many weekend visits to take and may add optional weekday visits. You must hold an active Oklahoma RN license, have CPR, and a valid driver’s license. The team supports scheduling, documentation, and field needs.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Oklahoma.
• Home health experience with OASIS admission assessments preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable working independently with sound clinical judgment.
• Strong communication skills and compassion for patients and families.

Aufgaben

• Complete home health admissions and OASIS assessments in patients’ homes.
• Review referrals, medications and orders; coordinate follow-up as needed.
• Educate patients and families on plan of care, meds, and home safety.
• Identify needs for therapy, aide, or social work and communicate to the clinical team.
• Document accurately and on time in the EMR.
• If weekday work is chosen, perform resumption of care, recertification, and routine visits.
