Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Home-based Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home setting.

The role involves assessing care needs, developing individualized plans, coordinating with the clinical team, and educating patients and families for self-management. The RN will lead care delivery, supervise LPNs and aides, document care, and participate in on-call duties as required.
