Job summary

Arca Health is seeking compassionate RN or LPN to join our weekend home health team in Worcester, MA. You will provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication administration, and diabetes management.

This part-time weekend role offers independence, flexible scheduling, and meaningful one-on-one patient care with support from our clinical leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Experience with medication administration and wound care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with the clinical team.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and wound assessments within your scope of practice.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist with diabetes management, including glucose monitoring and insulin administration.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate significant changes to the clinical team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
