Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently welcoming CNAs/Home Health Aides to join our team in Delaware. The role requires caring for clients in their homes, with at least one weekend shift per week and a weekend/overnight shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA certificate (with in-person clinical training).
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.
• Current CNA license in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Education

HHA certificate with in-person training

CNA certificate (75 hours)

CNA license in good standing

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for a CNA/HHA - Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide to care for our clients. Must be able to work at least one weekend shift per week. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. There is a shift differential for working either the weekend or overnights!

Qualifications for CNA:
