Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs and HHAs to care for adult and geriatric clients in the community. Pay up to $18-20 per hour depending on experience. 4-12 hour shifts available. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience (not restricted to HHA field).
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more; out-of-state licenses accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation; use of lifting devices as required.
• Provide medication reminders and support clients in daily routines.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
