Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse to provide in-home, one-on-one nursing care in Wisconsin. This part-time role focuses on SOCs coverage on Saturdays and Sundays, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with strong clinical collaboration.

Qualifications

Active nursing license in the state of practice required.
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
CPR certification or ability to obtain certification.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one in-home nursing care focused on recovery, safety, and independence.
Perform comprehensive in-home assessments and translate findings into care plans.
Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, infusions, catheter care, and meds management.
Educate patients and caregivers to manage symptoms and daily care at home.
Monitor progress and communicate with the care team to adjust plans.
Coordinate care across providers to ensure continuity and quality outcomes.
Complete timely documentation reflecting the clinical picture and outcomes.
