Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work assigned part-time schedules based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
• Providing companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Assisting with walking, transfers, mobility, and fall prevention.
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and changing bed linens.
• Providing medication reminders (as permitted by company policy).
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments when appropriate.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition.
• Maintaining accurate care documentation and communicating with the office and family members as needed.
